this is a large two story Victorian Duplex across from Bettinger Park and 6 houses from Lake Erie. The upstairs has a heat pump for AC and heat. The downstairs is cooled by window AC units in the living room and kitchen and heated by baseboard heat units. There is a full bath on each floor-footed tubs with shower enclosures. TV and Internet are provided by Spectrum. Washer and dryer available with limited use between Noon and 6 pm daily. In the backyard to be shared by both sides are a gas grill and some outdoor furniture. There is a screened porch across the front of the house with seating for each side.For 2020 only renting 135 side. Bed sizes: Upstairs--#1-Double; #2-twin; #3-Double; #4-Double. Downstairs: twin bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 10. Please keep to that number, including small children.There is one reserved spot in the park for vehicles-whether it is a car, bikes, golf carts, etc. Other vehicles need to use the other parking areas available in Lakeside.Cleaners will clean upon your departure at 10:00 am. The cleaning fee will be added to your rental cost. Security deposit is $300.
